Rosemary Nana Pokua Addo-Parker, Ghana Revenue Authority, Customs Division

Rosemary is an Assistant Commissioner and Head of the Customs Technical Services Bureau (CTSB) of the Ghana Revenue Authority Customs Division. As head of the CTSB, she oversees core customs functions such as Classification, Valuation and determination of Origin in assessing duty payable on goods in international trade. She also oversees customs risk unit which profiles applications based on various parameters. She has been involved in joint initiatives with other agencies, such as the Ghana Shipper Authority, and has participated in discussions with international organizations like the World Customs Organization (WCO).

Ayumi Mine, United Nations Development Programme, Ghana

Ayumi Mine serves as a Regional Programme Analyst at UNDP, bringing expertise in international development and cross-cultural project management. She joined the Programme to gain practical skills and insights in global trade practices that complement her work in regional development and international policy. Ayumi is committed to applying international standards to projects that foster economic growth and cross-border collaborations.

Bright Gowonu, Borderless Alliance, Burkina Faso

Bright Senam Gowonu holds a master’s degree in Migration Studies from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has over 10 years’ experience in trade facilitation, cross-border trade, and labor migration in West Africa. Bright manages multi-donor projects for a UK-registered humanitarian organization and works as an independent consultant on trade, migration, and border management. He joined the ATA/FITT Programme to strengthen his expertise in international trade and enhance his ability to support businesses navigating regional and global markets.

Jennifer Agbo, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, Ghana

Jennifer is an Assistant Investment Promotion Officer at the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre with expertise in international trade, project management, training, research, and consulting. Prior to joining the GIPC, she worked as Training and Project Coordinator at Africa Trade Academy where she organized and delivered high impact training programmes and led in special projects implementation. She joined the ATA/FITT Programme to deepen her knowledge of international trade, strengthen her project management and advisory skills, and enhance her ability to support businesses navigating regional and global markets.

Paulina Abrokwa, TradeLinks Logistics Limited Ghana

Paulina Abrokwa is an international trade expert, AfCFTA Rules of Origin specialist, gender advocate, licensed customs broker, and freight forwarder with over 10 years’ experience. She is the Managing Director of TradeLinks Logistics Limited and serves as a trade facilitation coach and consultant, supporting businesses in navigating international trade processes.. She joined the ATA/FITT Programme to deepen her expertise in cross-border trade, enhance her advisory skills, and strengthen her capacity to support businesses in global markets.

Jason Adjei-Sam, Ghana Export and Import Bank, Ghana

Jason serves as an Advisory Officer at the Ghana Export-Import Bank, providing guidance on international trade operations. He joined the ATA/FITT Diploma to deepen his knowledge of international trade and strengthen his advisory skills for businesses navigating global markets.

Cyprian Klinogo, Ministry of Trade Agribusiness and Industry, Ghana

Cyprian is a Commercial Officer at the Ministry of Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry, specializing in trade facilitation and agribusiness development. He joined the ATA/FITT Programme to enhance his expertise in international trade, strengthen his capacity to support businesses navigating regional and global markets, and deepen his understanding of trade policies and practices that drive economic growth.

Eugenia Amartey, Ecobank Ghana, Ghana

Eugenia has over 20 years in banking, branch operations, marketing, customer relations and trade, having served in Customer and Corporate Services roles in Tema Long Room, Head Office, Westlands, Haatso and Okponglo and won several awards and recognised by Ecobank for excellent customer service.

She holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from Paris Graduate School of Management, a degree in Business Management and a Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management from Cape Coast Technical University. In addition, she has professional qualifications in Intra-Africa Trade Finance and a Mini-MBA in Export Business Management from Africa Trade Academy.

Cynthia E. Gnassingbe, Senior Advisor Private Sector Engagement, AfCFTA Secretariat

Cynthia E. Gnassingbe is a Senior Advisor for Private Sector Engagement at the AfCFTA Secretariat. She brings extensive expertise in trade facilitation, market integration, and policy advisory, supporting businesses across Africa in navigating international trade frameworks.

Cynthia holds a Masters of Business Administration, International Management from the Swiss Business School, a Master of Arts in International Liaison and Communications and Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Spanish from the University of Westminster

Cynthia joined the FITT Diploma in International Trade program to deepen her understanding of international trade theories and their practical applications.

Jane Okyere-Aduachie, American Chamber of Commerce, Ghana

Jane is the Manager for Membership, External Relations and Special Projects at American Chamber of Commerce, Ghana where she has been the liaison between the Chamber’s leadership, members, and external stakeholders by driving membership recruitment, retention and engagement as well as lead in organizing high-profile events, including Trade Missions, and Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings to support member companies.

Angela Abordo, Agricultural Development Bank, Ghana

Angela Abordo has over 10 years’ experience in Trade Finance and professional-level proficiency in French. She joined the ATA/FITT Programme to expand her knowledge of international trade, strengthen her expertise in cross-border finance, and enhance her ability to support businesses navigating global markets.

Joseph Kwabena Ofei-Asamani, Absa Bank, Ghana

Joseph Kwabena Ofei-Asamani is a seasoned Trade Sales Manager with 17 years’ experience driving business growth and international trade. He specializes in expanding market reach and building strong client relationships, with expertise in identifying trade opportunities and addressing customer needs within Ghana and beyond. Joseph joined the Programme to further strengthen his international trade strategies and professional skills.

Nkansah Johnson, Swan Technologies, Ghana

Nkansah Johnson is a Sales and Marketing Manager at Little Swan Technology with 12 years of experience in sales and marketing strategy. He joined the FITT programme to gain deeper insights into international trade practices, enhance his professional confidence, and leverage trade knowledge to grow his business and client networks.

Naa Atswei Nyakpo, Noesis Limited, Ghana

Naa Atswei is the Principal Consultant at Noesis Limited,  a firm specialized in preparing companies for ISO and HACCP certification, conducting standards gap assessments, and facilitating compliance with international market requirements (EU, UK, and US MoCRA).  Naa is seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in food safety, quality management systems (QMS/FSMS), and export competitiveness for SMEs in West Africa. Her career has spanned technical consulting, cluster facilitation, training, and regulatory alignment—particularly in the cosmetics, food, and hospitality industries. She has led multi-stakeholder cluster development initiatives under UNIDO’s WACOMP programme, empowering Ghanaian SMEs to enhance product quality, reduce production costs, and access global markets. Naa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Quality Management Systems from the University of Ghana.

Gladys Fatuma Kalombola, TradeMark Africa, Democratic Republic of Congo

Gladys is the Programme Manager of TradeMark Africa in the Democratic Republic of Congo where she leads and supports the development and implementation of prorammes in trade facilitation, regional integration and inclusive trade interventions. She holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Chibuogwum Adaeze Chiaka, Africa Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat, Ghana

Adaeze has over 10 years experience in program coordination, office administration and document management in multinational and international organizations. She currently works in the Private Sector Engagement Unit of the AfCFTA Secretariat.
Adaeze is a proactive and highly motivated professional who is passionate about Africa’s economic transformation to achieve The Africa We Want. Adaeze holds a Masters in International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor in French Language and Literature.

Kofi Dadzie Dennis, Eduapa Greens Ltd., Ghana

Kofi Dadzie Dennis is a Business Administration graduate from Ashesi University with expertise in management and strategic operations. He began his professional journey at Nestle, Central and West Africa, gaining hands-on experience in international trade and procurement as a Procurement Officer. Kofi is focused on developing skills that will propel a successful career in international trade, leveraging his strong business foundation and practical industry experience to navigate global markets.

LaTwan Mushayi, Independent Proposal Writer, Zimbabwe

LaTwan Mushayi is an independent proposal writer for grants and philanthropic funding for NGOs, serving clients across Southern and Eastern Africa and the United States. She holds a BBA, MBA, and Grant Writing Certification, and aspires to earn the FITT Diploma to expand her expertise and support women-led SMEs pursuing international trade opportunities. LaTwan is committed to enhancing her knowledge to better assist organizations in accessing global funding and trade networks.

Christiana Gada , GIZ, Ghana

Christiana Gada is a project management professional with over eight years’ experience across education, compliance, health, and trade facilitation. She is highly adaptable and continuously seeks to expand her knowledge in international trade. Christiana enrolled in the FITT programme to deepen her understanding of trade processes and enhance her ability to contribute effectively to global trade initiatives.

Enyonam Motey-Amponsah, Wisconsin International University College, Ghana

Enyonam Motey-Amponsah is a Lecturer of Strategic Management and International Business at Wisconsin International University College, Ghana. She specializes in international business practices, strategic management, and trade education, fostering the next generation of business leaders. Enyonam joined the Programme to gain further insights into practical international trade strategies and expand her academic and professional expertise.

Abena Napanyin-Entsei Anyen, Oakwood Green Africa, Ghana

Abena Napanyin-Entsei Anyen is a Finance and Trade Advisory Consultant supporting trade facilitation and financial inclusion across Africa. She specializes in onboarding and compliance processes for digital KYC platforms, connecting SMEs and businesses to trade opportunities. Abena joined the Programme to strengthen her understanding of intra-African trade and explore digital innovations that drive growth.

Victoria Morkor Ayeh, Associcate Lawyer

Victoria Morkor Ayeh is an Associate Lawyer with expertise in corporate and commercial law. She joined the Programme to gain insights into international trade regulations and practices, complementing her legal experience and strengthening her advisory capabilities for cross-border business transactions.

Sharon Alo, Senior Officer for Business Development and Research at the Ghana Free Zones Authority
Sharon Alo is a proficient Business Development and Research Officer with over a decade of progressive experience in international trade, investment facilitation, and export promotion across public sector agencies, private organizations, and development-oriented institutions. 
 
Sharon has developed strong expertise in investor engagement, rigorous due diligence, and supporting the implementation of major national and continental trade frameworks, including the Free Zones Scheme and the National Export Development Strategy (NEDs).
 
As a Senior Officer for Business Development and Research at the Ghana Free Zones Authority, Sharon drives investments into Ghana’s Special Economic Zones and leads initiatives aimed at encouraging greater participation of local investors in international trade. 
 
In this role, Sharon conducts comprehensive due diligence on new investor applications, verifying funding sources, export market documentation, and other compliance information submitted by potential investors seeking Free Zones licensing. Sharon also contributed significantly to the development of Ghana’s National Export Development Strategy, working closely with the Ghana Export Promotion Authority and other key national stakeholders.
 
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in international Affairs and Diplomacy from the University of Ghana. She completed the KOICA Fellowship on Free Trade and Special Economic Zones in August 2025, where she gained exposure to global best practices in SEZ management, comparative free trade models, and advanced investment attraction strategies used in leading economies.
 
 
Sharon participated in the FITT Diploma in International Trade to further strengthen her technical skills in investment facilitation, market research, and due diligence, enhancing her capacity to support trade and investment promotion effectively.
