Africa Trade Academy Chief Executive, Dode Seidu, facilitated a module as part of CEIBS MBA Economic Growth and Business Opportunities class titled “Challenges and Opportunities of the AfCFTA Agreement.” The session comprised two parts: first, an expert-led facilitation on the topic conducted by Dode and then a panel discussion on the same topic.
The panel discussion brought practical perspectives to participants on the status, progress and challenges of implementation of the AfCFTA.
Panelists, Dr. Fareed Arthur, former Coordinator of National AfCFTA Coordination Office and Brigit Gowonu, Chief Technical Advisor at Africa Trade Academy provided practical insights on the state of play of AfCFTA implementation and strategies for navigating the complexities of Africa’s regulatory environment in the context of the AfCFTA.
Participants engaged with the panel on market opportunities and access requirements for goods, services and investment.
