The BIDA® Certification Program is designed for professionals and students who want to build practical, career-ready skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and data-driven decision making. The curriculum covers the entire data workflow—from storage and collection to transformation, analysis, modeling, and visualization—using industry-standard tools and real-world case studies.
How to earn the BIDA Designation
To obtain the BIDA Certification,
Pass the BIDA exams with required experience: The BIDA course assesses knowledge and skills in both BI and data science, spanning data storage, collection, transformation, analysis, modeling, and visualization equipped with best practices in various scenarios, applying skills through real-world case studies and datasets.
Meet the eligibility criteria: The eligibility criteria set for the BIDA course include all work experience, education and prior certifications.
Study the BIDA body of knowledge: This course covers a total of 31 courses with 17 eligibles for exams. ATA will provide tuition and exams preparation support to its registered participants. After taking the prep courses, core courses and elective courses, and obtaining a minimum passing grade of 70%in each assessment,
Register for the exams: ATA will facilitate participants registration for the exams. Participants will then take a final exam for the BI and Data Analysis to earn your business intelligence certificate

Prep Courses (Optional): Foundational knowledge for beginners or those seeking a refresher.
Core Courses (15 Required): Essential knowledge that builds a strong foundation in business intelligence and data analysis.
Elective Courses (Select a minimum): Specialized study in advanced topics and tools.
